I had hopes about this shower head when I bought it. Initially everything was working well. Within a few month or so, the LED lights were not functioning properly. Within about 6 months, one half of the lights had stopped working completely. Soon after that, the other half stopped working properly. Now a days, sometimes I can only see red-leds, and green ones, and 4 of green leds don't light up any more. When I tried to contact the seller about this, the told me that the leds meant to last about a year!!! a $500 shower head would not function properly for more than a year!!!Also, be aware that the hard-water deposits can clog the nozzles quickly and easily. You will find that some of the nozzles would not work any more, and you can see the tips has become yellow. You can pinch/twist those tips to make them work again. For such hard-water deposit, you can address the issue from outside. But what about calcium deposits INSIDE the shower-head? This can happen for any shower heads, but this shower head, the silicone tips can be clogged from inside, which one cannot clean without taking the fixture out, and open it. We were missing water pressure a LOT, and water would flow slowly.Another bad thing is, the shower head starts leaking from the edges, and you can see ugly looking hard-water marks all around the edges. Such a beautiful shower head now plagued by hard water marks every where.Few days back I did take down the fixture; a large area of the the top side were mired in spots. I opened up the head by taking out screws around the edges. Inside was pretty much GREEN: hard water reacting with copper (may be). Tried to clean up a bit with JEP (like CLR), could not do much about bad led connections. Once I had put the shower head back, I have gotten back the water pressure and the flow. I did tighten the screws around the edges. If you want to do it, don't over tight it though, as it can hinder the water flow.Overall, I give this shower head 5 start for aesthetics, but that beauty will wither away soon. For parts/build, functions, and customer-service response I would give it ONE Star.This shower head is large and very well made. It doesn't make very much sound and it looks very nice. The problem is that, with a standard residential water line, the water pressure is not very good. While a "soft rain" feel is nice, there isn't even enough water pressure to rinse shampoo out of hair or clean off a razor. It's much more decorative than functional, unless you have a high-pressure water line going to your bathroom shower.Love this! Great customer service, prompt and courteous. A week after we started using the shower head, the green LED lights quit. I contacted Horizon. I was ask to do a couple things, when these didn't work, a replacement LED lights were sent without any further delay. The red LED lights turn on before the water temperature becomes dangerously hot is an added bonus.The shower head looks sleek and works great. The lights are not as vibrant as the picture, but they serve the purpose well--letting you know the temperature of the water. Highly recommendEverything about this showerhead is great, shipped fast and no damage.Use top replace older rain tile that failed. Exact fit replacement for older tile. Comes with an extension arm that was not needed. It fit right on existing connection. It does require a flat mounting pipe.Happy with rainfall shower head......however, ordered oil rubbed bronze...NOT happy with arm!!.....why would you want an oil rubbed bronze shower head with a 12" CHROME ARM????It's simply a beautiful shower head!! We can't wait to install it and enjoy this unique shower experience! Btw...Hank @customer service was AMAZING...so patient and knowledgable. We will definitely shop there again ;-)
