The day I received the shower arm & opened the undamaged package I noticed that 2 of the required pieces (included per Grohe & per the description & illustration by the seller) were not in the box. I have made numerous attempts to contact the seller to obtain the 2 missing pieces to no avail. They have sent messages telling me to call customer service but provide no phone number or email. They have told me that there are no separate part numbers for the missing pieces. Obviously there aren't since they are included in the one part number which again is to include the arm, elbow, bolt & flange. I received only the arm & the bolt, not the flange or the elbow.We had purchased the standard shower arm from hans grohe. The shower head was just not high enough and this was a great way to raise it up with a quality product. Couldn't be happier with the way it looks and the ease of install.bought it for our bathroom matched and worked perfectlyNeeded it to help raise the rainfall shower head a bit higher. Worked greatWe needed a direct down shower due to limited space. It's perfect, plus incredibly beautiful.
