I got this tower shower as part of a large renovation of our bathroom. I was very worried and excited at the same time about moving to something so out of ordinary. I am glad I did.When I received the shower, I was happy that it arrived earlier than expected and to notice that it came well packed, without any damages. The installer was happy with the quality of the parts and with the ease of the installation.Once installed, we faced an issue with it and I thought that I would have to deal with one of those sellers that would not care after they sold the product. I was wrong! The seller provided prompt responses, acted quickly to address my concerns and issues, and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase and could enjoy it.I am not one to be posting reviews of every single purchase I make, but this time I decided that the seller deserved it. It is not often I find a seller so customer focused and I wanted to share my experience.Led lights & timer stop working after 5 months when it supposed to be a lifetime warrantyGreat value. Easy to install.Easy to install. Easy to operate. Decent quality for the price. The unit is very compact, with many more functions than a standard shower valve. Makes the shower look very futuristic. Get lots of complaints. Love the body sprays and multi function valves. Small additional handheld is perfect for bathing my dog.Feels greatMy shower I have a build in bench in my showerExtremely poor packaging and product is very cheaply made and flimsy material . First one arrived twisted and dents all over. It was obviously returned to them before as it had other package labels all over it with blue painters tape covering part of the labels. Second one showed up slightly twisted and numerous dents. Don’t waste your time ordering this. The company obviously doesn’t care about what they’re sending out and you may end up with one of the two I had to send back. Waiting for refund and already purchased and installed a much higher quality shower panel that was about the same price.
