The bag is sturdy and well made. On an 80 degree day I had it in the sun for about 3 hours and the water was pleasantly warm. Not hot, but definitely way better than a cold shower. I was thinking about getting the 10-gallon but found that 5 is plenty. We took 2-showers and there was water to spare (we took quick showers and conserved as much as possible thinking it would run out). Now I know that I can take a much longer shower and still have enough water. Five gallons is about 40 lb so lifting it to the top of my van was not easy. It would have been easier to use a cord to lift it on a branch, but there were no trees available. Keep that in mind if you are short or have difficulty lifting 40 lb above your head. The only issue I have is that the shower hose is only 18" which is too short. You would either have to hang it right above you, or in my case, put the shower tent right against the van. It was great to feel clean half way through our dispersed camping trip!
