Product is as described and worked like a charm. Our outdoor rain head shower is now complete!When I first got this, I thought, "Wow, this is giant!" But as I've gotten used to it, I think it really looks cool. Then again, I've got all the copper tubing exposed in my bathroom (kinda steampunk, I guess) and it fits right in. And even though the shower head is large, it still gives plenty of pressure. One thing to be aware of — it keeps "running" for a minute or more after it turns off as the head empties itself out. But I love it...This shower head is beautiful, but the seller appears to make frequent mistakes and the product is nearly defective. My issues:- I ordered two units and received only 1.- I ordered a second and it was shipped without a part, requiring a replacement.- The design is basically defective: it's nearly impossible to tighten the unit without a very specialized spanner wrench that no DIYer will have an most plumbers won't either. Unless it's mounted vertically, the spray will be uneven and droopy. Super disappointed in the outcome after enormous effort to buy and install in two showers.I'd implore you to find an alternative. This has been my worst experience on Amazon in years.Very retro, looks good with the copper plumbing. Used for outdoor, poolside shower. Works nice.Item shipped with missing parts. Specifically the adjustable nut on top, which without it renders the item useless and you can’t install it.We’ve ordered this twice and both times the steering ball is missingIt's pretty! Had a plumber install it. Not the greatest quality, but the price is right.
