I bought this product for shower modification, and I am glad to report that this product has finally been installed and the shower has been completed! I've never been excited about taking a shower. It's amazing! Be careful with the handle, because the pressure on it is very high, but it will come in handy when cleaning. I suggest! I’m loving the rain shower system! With the hand held, I love the fact with a twist it’ll spray out the top end, I use that to spray down the tiles (getting soap, shampoo, etc. off), it’s like having a mini power wash handy.We purchased this item and our seasoned plumber had to purchase numerous additional plumbing parts from three (3) different plumbing supply houses to make this unit work in an American bathroom.The plumbers tape provided was useless (like paper), they provided all male parts and no females. The subject wall needed to be furred out to accommodate our tile thickness and we are still waiting on an extension part to switch the water from the shower handles to tub faucet. Our main bathroom tub/shower has been out of commission because of this for over two months now. The seller's representatives continue to lie and tells us that they will send us the shipping information for this extension part which cannot be modify with American parts without ripping out our newly tiled wall. I have emailed the seller's rep more than 8 times with promises of the shipping information. Absolutely not worth the money or the time saved. Buy American! The product reviews provided have to be staged. I find it hard to believe we are the only customers with these problems. I rely on honest reviews when purchasing these types of items. The unit could be leaking behind the wall for all we know, as it is not functioning as it is. Very disappointed.I received this one part missing. I tried to get in touch but don’t believe I heard back. We had to look around to purchase a new one in order to get the missing part.. but overall it’s a very nice product and I love the design.Very happy overall, the rain shower head is amazing, great water pressure. The one downside is it does show smudge marks from fingerprints. But it's great value for money, looks much more expensive than the price paid and very happy with it.I love the design of this shower faucet, although i'm finding it fairly hard to keep clean but I imagine that's an issue with any faucet set. Everything works well and it looks really nice in my bathroom!Was super excited to install in our new shower during our remodel. Got it all assembled, turned on the water - had a leak that needed tightened. So I disassembled the fixture, removed the hardware and shower panel. Repaired the leak - replaced the panel - went to reattach my faucet and shower wand holder - neither would reattach. Company was super helpful and sent new parts. But even the new faucet and wand holder wouldn’t attach. Now we had been without a shower/tub for weeks on end. Incredibly frustrated - NO RESPONSE from the company at this point. Ended up having to purchase a whole new shower panel system for new hardware, seeing that we’d cut the holes for this system and finding an exact replacement would be over $1000 and on back order for months. I had read all the reviews before purchasing and even consulted with a licensed plumber - who told us this hardware was a piece of cheap junk. Save yourself the headache, frustration and extra $$ and just buy the standard fixture from Lowe’s.The water pressure in the shower head is absolutely terrible. It’s like a rain drizzle. There’s very low pressure. It is hard to even get your hair wet enough to wash it. We will be ripping this out and finding something else. Very disappointed at the product and the money we wasted on it.Good quality, the shower head is larger than usual.
