who know it，why my shower pan doesn't have power，it is very weak，not powerful but gentle.My contractor suggested I check this out. They had installed the shower only model in their own bathroom so this was their first time installing the one for a bath. First, from all appearances it is high quality. Looks fantastic and hefty. It comes packaged incredibly well. If I was one to do "unboxing" videos, this would deserve one. Every piece is perfectly protected. Everything, from the valve to the finish to hose for the handheld unit is high quality. My contractor said install was easy. Pressure from the rainfall shower head and the handheld unit are great. Best shower I've ever taken. If it matters to you, the way the water falls from the tub faucet looks really cool and is kind of relaxing while you are in the tub watching it. Now, for the one and only issue I had. When we flushed our toilet we had a little water hammer in the pipes. We finally realized it was the shower valve itself. Checked reviews and found others with a similar problem. Contacted Embather through Amazon. They answered within 24 hours. Two possibilities. 1) there are supposed to be 2 check valves inside the valve assembly. It's possible they didn't get installed in the assembly process (weird, I know, but it's not about mistakes, it's about how you deal with those mistakes and they owned right up to the possibility that they just plain didn't install the check valves) or 2) those 2 check valves could have gotten debris lodged in them when the new plumbing was first assembled. I shut off the water to the shower (install shutoffs if you don't have them already) took the valve apart easily enough and found it was #1 - no check valves. Embather apologized and we had 2 new check valves in our mailbox in 2 days. Installed easily enough and haven't had an issue since. So, again, mistakes get made. It's how you deal with them and they dealt with them incredibly professionally so 5 stars all around! I highly recommend! You won't be sorry! Just open the valve before install and look for the two check valves. I've included the pictures that Embather supplied so you know what to look for.This showerhead set is so practical and easy to handle.the showerhead is wide and pour water at any rate you with, it feels like i am standing under waterfall.the shower handle is so practically specially if you just want to take shower without wetting your hair. or prefer to sit and take shower, or clean the shower walls, doors after you are dome.the foot wetter is so practical if you just want to wash your foot, wet your foot or just wash your hand.all three monitored with one knob and control the temperature of your desire water. all these with such a low price.I 100% recommend this for your shower.Let me start by saying....excellent product, well made, great looking, durable. But the manufacturer doesn't seem to understand the north american installation process which is 1/2" of drywall/cement board + tiles which could be 1/4" to upto 1/2" . their attachments don't accommodate these scenarios. because of this, my shower head is leaking after 2 weeks of use. the shower head nipple is not making good contact with the drop ear elbow. Just needed a longer nipple.I spent hours going through every listing on Amazon in the category until I picked this set. I'm a writer, so I sometimes daydream in the shower while I'm getting ideas, so I wanted to make the shower a joyous experience. I'm also a tall person. With the rain shower, I could install the unit above my head. I can finally stand tall in the shower and don't have to bend. It will still work for a shorter person this way without me having to duck like most of my life. The water comes straight down as shown. You can have it come down lightly, or a real downpour if you want. I've only used it twice and I'm already in love. I get lots of compliments when I show off my bathroom. I expect this to be a selling point when I eventually sell my property.The bathtub nozzle does the beautiful water stream in the video only when you set the water a little higher.Update: When the antibiotic Ciprofloxacin put me in a wheelchair and my tendons hurt so badly that I only had one good hand, this gorgeous set still adapted to my needs. I just needed to add a shower stool.Since my range of motion wasn't good, I put the soap dish on the wide bathtub spout. The bathtub spout also worked as a place to hang the spray nozzle. One-handed I could leave the spray nozzle turned on and clean the soap off my hands too. I could wet myself with the spray nozzle, soap myself, then rinse. This was of course easier when I recovered enough to use two hands.Because of Cipro damage, I had to put in a permanent catheter for machines to filter my blood. These catheters can't get wet or you risk infection. I've showered with my shirt on to help keep the catheter dry, but with the precision of the spray nozzle, I could skip that, unless doing my hair. Washing hair requires the use of plastic covers that stick over the catheters to keep them dry.I'm not sure I'm going to survive my battle with Cipro, but I am sure that this is a great bathroom set for whatever life throws at you. I'm proud to leave it behind to my daughter if things don't go my way.I’m a DIY guy (built our house with no outside subs) and been around construction a while.Would not buy this again.Bought this to match our other brushed bronze hardware without destroying my bank account. Would possibly like it, but I didn’t notice when buying that the tub spout steps down to a 1/4 threaded inlet. Yeah for a tub. (?????) So of course, water pressure out of the tub is very low and slow. They do not provide the proprietary tapered candle fitting, and I had to buy two separate iron fittings for the rough in because there isn’t a 1/2 pex to 1/4 threaded fitting. Now I will forever worry about it leaking. The shower head is decent. I was excited as the parts felt pretty quality for the price.Maybe would buy just the shower head and valve, but not with the tub spout.A beautiful set strong sturdy waterflow. A little complicated and putting it together. Well worth the price.The bath spigot is 1/4".. Good luck finding a connector for that ? pretty aggravating. Haven't finished installing yet because of that.. Feel like I'm stuck*edit*... Finished installing.. Had to ditch the bath spigot and go copper.. Constant leak from the valve to the bath spout. This is a horrible knock-off... Spend an extra $40 and get something that works..Not happy..This product is underrated in the market. The quality is perfect. Water runs through the showerhead smoothly and the nuzzle on the shower head turns very smooth as well. It was easy to fix all pieces. Smooth black matte finish. Great packaging and price for all pieces together.Good quality material, finish is nice, bath spout is metal, great price.As this is a Christmas gift, I’m hoping the individual likes it a lot.Looks very nice and easy to install.
